The Rules ----------//
(Stolen from Eden <3)
(Stolen from Eden <3)
Acceptance----//
You must be accepted by the Alphess of Tlaloc herself. Other high-ranking members may grant you permission to enter the heights of Khuno, but they cannot give you full membership. This whole process is a rather strict one to be put through. Betas and other high-ranks must first deem you worthy of even speaking to Eztli, after that, what lies ahead for you character will be decided on Eztli's whim. She is a scrutinizing judge of character, but will more often than not allow you a trial-run to prove your worth.
No Begging----//
If you beg for a rank, you won't get it. It's that simple. The decision of ranks is up to Eztli and her Cheveyo (warrior council - group of 3). However, if you do have a rank you wish to attain, you are allowed to inform me through PM, and perhaps give subtle notes towards your character's strong points in RP. This does not mean you will automatically attain the rank however.
Those who are most eligible for ranks are as follows:
- Members who are active.
- Those who seem responsible enough to perform their duties.
- Individuals who are in the pack for a decent strain of time.
Ranks can be removed and changed if Eztli decides that the job can be done more efficiently.
Loyalty & Respect----//
Eztli is a stickler for both these traits. Why? Because a pack can not function to the best of its abilities if there is insubordination within its ranks. Weakness within ranks can cause an entire empire to crumble, so therefore Eztli does not take kindly to those who have no respect for authority. Members are allowed to voice their opinion if given permission, and she understands most of where everyone is coming from (ie: if your character does not wish to fight because of family, then he/she will be honorably replaced). Any members that directly disobey an order, their actions jeopardizing the pack and Eztli, they will be immediately exiled, no questions asked.
Do Your Duties----//
A member is expected to do what is expected of them. Yes this means being active. If members are not active, there is no point in having a clan at all. However, inactivity due to other worldly engagements is understandable, such as school, family emergencies, etc, and those will be taken into account. All that I ask is to keep your interest in the pack and forum, is to PLEASE inform me of your absence so that you may maintain your rank and come back to Tlaloc with little trouble.
If I'm not informed of your absence, you run the risk of losing your rank, or even your position within the pack entirely.
Boundaries----//
Tlaloc's borders stretch across the entire continent, but are still scouted by members as often as is possible. This is to maintain a healthy idea of how many individuals come to Tlaloc seeking acceptance, and how many are simply wandering through. Outsiders of Tlaloc will be changed on sight, where they will be able to inform the Scouts of their intent to join. From there, they're escorted to Tlaloc to meet with the Betas, and then the Alphess herself. From there, they may be accepted, given rights to start their own pack, or even turned right back around and chased from the lands. Once accepted, your character is free to traverse the lands of Tlaloc as they so wish, but if you take leave indefinitely, you run the risk of being exiled from Tlaloc entirely, without hope of return. That is, unless you have a justifiable reason for your exit.
Slaughtering----//
The death of a member will never sit well with Eztli; she adores her pack, and any individual that kills or otherwise harms her members will have hell to pay. And act of malice towards a Tlaloc member, or Eztli herself is punishable by death (though this will be roleplayed out, and you will be given the chance to flee or back down).
Random slaughtering is not allowed. Tlaloc is a band of those wi warrior hearts, they are not barbarians.
Mating----//
The act of creating a family is not disallowed in Tlaloc. In fact, Eztli encourages it, as long as she is informed of the coupling. She does not wish to over-populate Tlaloc, or Khuno for that matter, and many of the couples will have the option of starting their family in the city, or traveling to one of the other areas under Eztli's rule, where they will be watched over until the pups are of age to return to Khuno and their ceremonies take place.
The raping of characters is NOT allowed, however. Eztli will always open her doors to a female who has been violated in such a way, letting her birth her pups in safety. The mother may stay or go, but always, the pups will stay in Khuno until they are old enough to undergo their ceremonies, where they have the choice of staying, or traveling.
